QMPACK package renovation history

2004.8.23 version 1.00 release

2004.9.1 version 1.01

    1. clock in triton.f is removed.
    2. born.f and tmat.f are included in brnsub.f
    3. trans.h, triton.h and hypt.h (include files) are introduced
       to facilitate easy change of qmpot.f, triton.f and hypt.f
       parameters.
    4. QMPACK homepage is to be opened.
